Wholeness. Belonging. Playfulness. Awe.
Welcome wild ones
My offerings are heart-led and earth-honouring therapeutic spaces, including psychology and yoga, that seek to embrace this vibrant and profound mystery more fully to support healing, wholing and growth. I am frequently drenched in wonder at the paradoxical majesty and ridiculousness of this being human, and delight in the intimate and cosmic unfoldings all around.
May we drink in this messy and beautiful dance of life together, savouring each pulse
May we remember ourselves as nature, interbeing with all that is
May we welcome the full spectrum of experience, the darkness and the light, the weeping and the belly laughs
May we tend to the sparks of courage that guide the way for justice, freedom and love

Bristol Yoga Roots Project
Megan weaves her love of exploring this great mystery through her varied work, sharing the lifelines that have supported her to remember her wholeness and feel more vibrantly alive. She is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, specialising in working with adults with complex trauma, a yoga teacher and teacher trainer, a founding director of the Bristol Yoga Roots Project and a nature-based facilitator, hosting transformational workshops & retreats. Megan is particularly interested in how we can dismantle the kyriarchy, champion diversity and connection, and remember ourselves as nature to support the reciprocal healing and growth of all. The space she holds is strong and steady with a cheeky dose of mystery and mischief mixed in. You can learn more about her here.
